Founder and Creative Director Jennifer John’s work explores the role of collective voices in contemporary culture.

She is responsible for the development of large-scale singing experiences, performances and participatory projects that bring together artistic vision, cultural engagement and human connection.

Working across live performance, recording, film and public events, Jennifer has collaborated with internationally recognised artists, orchestras, festivals and communities for more than 20 years. Her practice moves fluidly between major commercial productions and ambitious artist-led work, continually expanding what collective singing can look and feel like in contemporary culture.

Known for building bold, culturally diverse collaborations, she brings together singers, audiences and creative partners to create work that is emotionally resonant, strategically ambitious and rooted in the energy of collective voices.
